This book gives a detailed view about the battle of Marawi City in the year 1895. This book discusses also the defensive battles as Lapulapu in Mactan and Rajah Soliman’s in Manila, the defense of Marawi, twice made in 1891 and 1895. The author made use of local oral tradition merged with and authenticated by existing historical document as well as fiction based on factual data. This book is a good reference for the readers who want to understand the battle happened in Marawi in the year 1895.
